By accessing or using the WZW Limited website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
WZW Limited is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13379493) with its registered office at The Lansdowne Building, 2 Lansdowne Road, Croydon, CR9 2ER.
2. Our Services
WZW Limited provides short-term rental accommodation and property management services. Properties are listed on third-party platforms including Airbnb, Booking.com and VRBO. Bookings made through these platforms are additionally subject to the terms and conditions of the respective platform.
3. Bookings and Payments
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by WZW Limited.
- Prices are quoted in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
- Full payment is required prior to check-in unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- A security deposit may be required and will be refunded subject to satisfactory inspection of the property upon check-out.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in accordance with the cancellation policy specified at the time of booking. For direct bookings, cancellations made more than 14 days before check-in will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total booking value.
5. Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to:
- Treat the property with reasonable care and respect
- Report any damage or maintenance issues promptly
- Not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in the booking
- Comply with house rules provided at check-in
- Not use the property for any unlawful purpose
- Vacate the property by the agreed check-out time
6. Liability
WZW Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the booking. We are not liable for any loss or damage to guest belongings during their stay.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos and design — is the property of WZW Limited and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes to Terms
WZW Limited reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
